Ms. Marvel Will Die in an Upcoming Marvel Comic

The beloved Marvel character Ms. Marvel (Kamala Khan) will be dying in the pages of Amazing Spider-Man #26, which is releasing later this month. Kamala has played an important role in the current Amazing Spider-Man comic series. She interns at Oscorp to keep an eye on Norman Osborn (the Green Goblin) and she helps Spider-Man protect the city. Following the death of the beloved character, Marvel intends to release Fallen Friend: The Death of Ms. Marvel, which will focus on the impact of the hero’s death. Look for that issue to hit shelves on July 12.

The first photos from the set of the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s It Ends with Us have been released, and fans are less than impressed. Now TikTok (where the book has a huge following) is filled with videos of fans responding to the images. “I love Blake Lively. I love her so much,” said TikToker Nique Coleman. “But this is just not Lily Bloom… We will see, but so for this is not looking that promising.” In another TikTok, Chloe Breana says, “Whoever is in charge of making this movie has not read the book.” Representatives for Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni, and Colleen Hoover have yet to respond to the backlash online. 

Johnny Cash Lyrics to be Collected in a Book for the First Time

The lyrics of Johnny Cash will be collected for the first time in a new book. The book, entitled Johnny Cash: The Life in Lyrics, will include rare and never-before-seen visuals and stories/commentary from Cash’s son, John Carter Cash, Stielper, the Cash and Carter family historian, and many others. This book marks the first time the Cash estate has opened up its archive to share stories about the creation of his music with fans. The book will be published on November 14.
