Daredevil: Born Again and The Penguin will finally shut down production until the end of the WGA Strike. This decision comes after both productions were targeted by WGA East picketers on multiple occasions. The Daredevil revival is currently three months into an eight-month shoot on an 18-episode new season for Disney+. The Penguin is an eight-episode drama for Max from Warner Bros Television and DC Studios.
