This decision comes after both productions were targeted by WGA East picketers on multiple occasions. The Daredevil revival is currently three months into an eight-month shoot on an 18-episode new season for Disney+. The Penguin is an eight-episode drama for Max from Warner Bros Television and DC Studios.

Actress and bestselling mystery author Carol Higgins Clark has died at age 66 in Los Angeles. Carol battled appendix cancer and even made short PSA films to warn people of its dangers. She is the daughter of author Mary Higgins Clark, who died three years ago at the age of 92.
